There are two steps for entering the process. All athletes must register with the USDBF and pay a membership fee. Once registered, you can apply for the teams that you are interested in.

At the 2019 IDBF World Dragon Boat Racing Championships, Team USA U24 took home 1 silver and 10 bronze medals.

At the 2023 IDBF World Dragon Boat Racing Championships, Team USA U24 took home 1 gold and 10 silver medals.
