The BCP community has enriched the dragon boat community for two decades with many touching stories of goals achieved and sacrifices made. In recognition of the role that the BCP community has played in our sport the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) has provisionally approved the BCP division for inclusion in the upcoming 17th World Dragon Boat Racing Championships to be held in Berlin, July 16-20, 2025. The USDBF is also adding a BCP division to Team USA to compete in Berlin. Any paddlers who are interested in trying out for the BCP division can find more information on the Team USA section of this website. Coaches who are interested in applying to coach this division can also find the coach’s application in the Team USA section.
