Dragon Boat Charleston (DBC) is a nonprofit organization based in Charleston, South Carolina, founded to provide mental, physical, and spiritual healing to cancer survivors. The Club now serves approximately 150 members and is seeking candidates for the paid position of Executive Director.

As a small nonprofit organization with an operating budget of less than $350,000, DBC is heavily dependent on volunteers and membership for program operation. From fleet maintenance to steering on the river, DBC is a volunteer-driven organization with leadership and structure provided through two employees: an Executive Director and a Program Coordinator.
