The USDBF relies on volunteers to lead our national organization and is currently accepting candidates for three positions:

- President

- Second Vice President (Club Crew National Championships), aka VP2

- Secretary

Election Process:

1. Interested candidates must complete this application form that provides relevant information about the applicant’s dragon boat background and experience to the Nominations Committee.
   If you cannot access the above application form, please complete this PDF form (also in Word form if needed) and email the completed form to secretary@usdbf.org.
2. The Nominations Committee reviews applications and interviews applicants.
3. The Nominations Committee then forwards recommended candidates to the USDBF Board of Directors.
4. Recommended candidates are invited to attend the 2023 Annual General Meeting (virtual) scheduled for March 11th to make a statement and answer any questions that the Board of Directors may have.
5. The Board of Directors conducts officer elections at the Annual General Meeting.
